Around the Villa

 

Jani's Seaview Villa

First and foremost, coming with a vehicle is highly recommended (2 parking spots are available exclusively for the visitors and are not a subject to additional payment) as in approximate radius of 10 kilometres you can find it all: great beaches, restaurants, markets, pharmacies…)

We would point out following:

Beach:

Except the one which is exclusively for use by the complex in which our Villa is situated, you can go to Sunny  Beach (for example Anemos Beach Bar), especially if you are coming with small children, water is warm and shallow for first 30-40 meters from the shore. Distance from the Villa is 18km.

Closer beach also easy to reach are Nea Fokea beach (distance 4km) and Nea Potidea beach (distance 7km)

Restaurant: 

In Nea Potidea we would point out Ta Kastra, excellent sea food restaurant, reasonably priced (distance 7km from the Villa)

In Nea Fokea, closest town, you can find lot of small restaurants situated on the seashore, as well as mini-market, fresh grocery store, butcher, pharmacy etc

For fish lovers (especially the ones waking up early) on the port of Nea Fokea you can find fishing boats selling fresh catch straight from their boats, but this is at 6-7 am only
